Ingredients: Heat Treated Flour, White Chocolate (Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Whole Milk Powder, Nonfat Dry Milk, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin), Granulated White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Macadamias, Butter (Cream, Natural Flavor) Pasteurized Eggs, Shortening (Soybean Oil, Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Palm Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, TBHQ and Citric Acid (Antioxidants)), Vanilla Extract (Water, Alcohol (35%), Sugar, Vanilla Bean Extractives), Baking Soda

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Remove tin from insulated container and take lid off tin (save insulated container for further use)
  3. Center dough in the baking tin (cookie will still bake if parchment paper is crinkled but feel free to flatten) 
  4. When oven reaches 375 degrees place baking tin and cookie dough in the middle of the oven to bake
  5. Bake for 23 minutes (gooey center) to 25 minutes (fully baked). *baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven and location
  6. Remove cookie and baking tin from oven CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT place baking tin back in the bottom half of insulated cookie container
  7. Let sit for at least 3 minutes and enjoy- be careful with your first bite as the cookie will still be warm

Recycle or Reuse

After you have eaten your cookie you can go ahead and recycle both the baking tin and insulated container.

How long will the dough be good for?

The cookie dough will be good for up to one year from manufacture date. Each package comes stamped with a best by date.
What preservatives are in the dough?
The only preservation method we use is to freeze the dough. NO chemicals, giving you the best and freshest cookies.
Can I eat the dough raw? 
Ike's Bake Fresh cookie dough is intended to be baked. We do not advise eating raw cookie dough as there is a potential for illness. Although, we do use the highest quality ingredients including heat treated flour and pasteurized eggs. There is still a potential for illness, please bake all cookie dough.
