  • Orders placed after our weekly shipping cutoff may not ship until the following week. This schedule helps us minimize the time your packages spend outside of temperature-controlled environments.

  • Our products are frozen and perishable. Extending shipping beyond Wednesday increases the risk that your order will be held over the weekend, which can compromise product quality.

  • During holiday seasons, carriers often face significant increases in shipment volumes, and we have fewer shipping days available due to holidays. This can cause delays beyond our control.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure your treats arrive on time.

  • Our number one priority is that the cookies arrive safely, in perfect, frozen condition. Since they are perishable, we take every precaution to maintain quality during transit.
  • We may adjust our shipping schedule in response to weather or carrier delays to protect your order from spoilage.

7. Additional Considerations

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Please double-check your shipping information during checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delayed or returned due to errors in shipping addresses.
  • Package tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
  • In-transit issues: Once an order leaves our facility, transit times and any unexpected delays are unfortunately beyond our immediate control. We will, however, do our best to help resolve any issues with the carrier.
