The only preservation method we use is to freeze the dough. No chemecials, giving you the best and freshest cookies.

The dough is good in the freezer for up to a year after the manufacture date. Each cookie comes with a best by date on the package.

Ike's Bake Fresh cookie dough is intended to be baked. We do not advise eating raw cookie dough as there is a potential for illness. Although, we do use the highest quality ingredients including heat treated flour and pasteurized eggs. There is still the potential for illness, please bake all cookie dough.
